Your agent wallet is a pre-funded balance that Travokey debits when processing bookings on your behalf. You top it up by bank transfer to our designated account. Funds reflect within a few minutes of confirmation by our finance team.
Most service requests are actioned within 2–4 business hours. You'll receive real-time status updates in the dashboard — from 'Pending' through 'In Progress' to 'Completed' — so you always know where things stand.
